Simple Boxing Day Leftovers Airfryer Recipe
Christmas Day was hectic and the last thing you want to do is cook. Check out this simple airfryer recipe for a delicious Boxing Day lunch.
You’ve had a lovely Christmas Day with the family, but now the house is a mess, you are slightly hungover, and there is only so much chocolate you can consume. Try this delicious and simple airfryer recipe with your Christmas leftovers without even having to turn on the oven.
Step 1: Put your leftover stuffing into your airfryer and cook for 2 – 5 minutes at 185.
Step 2: Whilst that is cooking, spread cranberry on a wrap or bread and add your leftover turkey or meat of your choice.
Step 3: Add the stuffing, and top with more cranberry sauce. Pile as high as you wish!
And that’s it! You can add as many leftovers as you wish, if you like pile those roast potatoes on top (although, in my house there’s no such thing as leftover roast potatoes..).
Another variation of this (and my personal favourite) is to make a leftover wrap. Follow the steps above but in a wrap, and then put the wrap in the airfryer to toast. Tasty and simple!
