Have you given up on being healthy this winter after being bombarded by comfort food ads? Fear not! Online High Street will provide fun smoothie recipes to keep you hydrated and healthy this winter!
1) Soft anti-inflammatory cherry smoothie. |
Ingredients -2 cups Cherries frozen -1 cup Almond Milk -1 scoop Protein Powder (vanilla, chocolate or cookies are recommended!) -1 or 2 Bananas -Pinch of cinnamon Instructions →Mix all ingredients in a blender |
2) Pillow-like chocolate smoothie . |
Ingredients -1 cup Hazelnut -1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder -½ cup Blueberries -Pecan nuts -1 cup Spinach -1 Banana -2 Soft dates -1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (If you have a peanut allergy, you can replace the peanut butter with almond butter.) Instructions →Mix all ingredients in a blender |
3) Silky yoghurt and peach smoothie . |

Ingredients -1 cup yoghurt -1 cup spinach -1 Banana -1 cup Matcha Green Tea powder -2 teaspoons coconut flower sugar -1 teaspoon cacao powder Instructions →Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy! |
