Grown by a large number of small farmers, the varietal ‘País’ was long forgotten and undervalued until it was recently rediscovered for making top quality wines. Each bottle of sparkling ‘País’ consumed helps to create demand and, as a result, better conditions for the winegrowers of Chile. Pale rosé color, with fine and persistent bubbles. Hints of redand citrus fruits dominate on the nose. On the palate, fresh, lively, and genuine, characteristic of the ancestral Paísvarietal.
