Tasting Note: A deep cherry red with burgundy highlights. Slightly smoky on the nose, black berry flavours and a hint of garrigue this wine has a vibrant colour, lovelytannins and fresh acidity. Cranberry, strawberry and raspberry are evidentas well as subtle notes of floral notes such as rose petal and violets. Excellent length and tannins.
Food Pairings: Rack of lamb, pork and chicken.
