Our base spirit is made from British wheat and distilled right here in Britain – born and bred for mixing or sipping.
We use the same base neutral spirit we use for our gins, which is of the highest quality, then proof this down to 40% ABV with naturally filtered & perfectly preserved Essex spring water from our friends at Elsenham spring water (www.elsenhamwater.com) this gives all of our products a delicious minerality & full mouth feel but this especially comes through in the vodka, giving an exceptionally smooth finish with an amazing but light flavour.
