This lovely artisan basket is handmade in Morocco from palm leaves from the doum plant. It is unlined and features padded leather handles that are comfortable to hold. Due to the hand-made nature the size and shape of each basket varies slightly so no one is exactly like another.

The Covent Garden Hand Basket's handles fit comfortably in hand or over the arm but may be too short for over the shoulder. If you want a shoulder bag style, please order the Covent Garden Shoulder Basket which has long leather handles and a slightly larger basket.

The monogram is embroidered so the stitches will move with the palm leaves and will never fade, crack or peel.

Dimensions: While the shape and size varies due to the handmade nature of this basket, it measures approximately 30cm tall x 45cm wide across the top and 18cm wide across the base.
